Step by Step TL Withdrawal
You can follow the steps below to safely and quickly withdraw Turkish Lira (TL) from our CoinTR mobile app. We are pleased to guide you step by step:

Log in to the CoinTR App
Open the mobile app and log in to your account. If you are not logged in, you can start the TL withdrawal transaction by logging in securely with your e-mail or phone number.

Go to the Assets Menu
Tap the ''Assets'' tab by clicking on the wallet-like icon from the home screen. You can view all your assets and access your TL balance for withdrawal transactions from this menu.

Select the TL Withdrawal Option
In the Assets menu, select the "Withdraw" or "Withdraw Money" option. Then select Turkish Lira (TRY) as the currency you will withdraw in the upper right corner.

Determine the Amount You Want to Withdraw
Enter the amount of TL you want to withdraw. CoinTR will show you details about the transaction fee or minimum withdrawal amount in this step. After entering the amount of TL you want to withdraw in the relevant field, click on the send tab below.

Select a Bank Account
If your bank information does not appear in the ''Select a Bank Account'' section on the page under the TL Withdrawal tab, it means that you have not made a deposit transaction before. If you have not made a TL deposit transaction before, you must first deposit TL into your CoinTR account by clicking on the ''Go to Deposit'' tab at this stage. After your deposit transaction is completed, your account will automatically appear below for withdrawal transactions. You can withdraw money to a bank account registered in your name for TL withdrawal. Make sure that you enter your IBAN and other bank information correctly, as incorrect information may cause your transaction to be delayed or cancelled. After completing your transaction, you can check your bank account information on the "Confirm Withdrawal" page that appears on the screen and then click the "Confirm" button in the bottom right corner of the page to complete your withdrawal transaction.

Confirmation and Transaction Process
Once your withdrawal transaction is successfully recorded, it is usually transferred to your bank account within a few minutes. However, this period may vary depending on the processing times of the banks.

While transfer transactions are instant, withdrawal requests made with EFT are only processed during working hours. If you have an out-of-hours withdrawal request, the transaction is completed by the bank on the next business day.
My TL Withdrawal Request Has Not Reached My Bank Account Yet. What Should I Do?
Your TL withdrawal request is usually processed quickly on CoinTR and transferred to your bank account. However, if your withdrawal transaction has not reached your bank account, you can consider the following situations:

Bank Transaction Processes: Depending on the business of the banks, some transactions may be slightly delayed, especially outside of working hours or on weekends. While EFT transactions are processed during working hours, transfer transactions are processed 24/7.

Accuracy of Bank Account Information: Make sure to enter the correct IBAN and account information when creating your withdrawal request. Incorrect account information may cause the transaction to be delayed or cancelled.
